Sunny Side Up Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) establishes these Terms and Conditions to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users (hereinafter “Users”) concerning the use of the Company’s website (hereinafter the “Site”).
Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, as well as to provide guidelines for the use of the Site and the services offered by the Company.
Article 2 - Effectiveness and Modification of Terms and Conditions
- By accessing or using the Site, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. In the event of any modifications, the updated Terms will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.

Article 4 - User Responsibilities
- Users shall use the services provided by the Site in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and public order and morals. Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, unauthorized, or inappropriate activities while using the Site.
- Users must refrain from any actions that disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or overloading servers.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any information or data they provide while using the Site.
Article 5 - Reservations
- Users may request restaurant reservations through the Site. Reservations are processed via a third-party booking system.
- By making a reservation, Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider managing the booking system.
- The Company shall not be held liable for issues related to reservation changes, cancellations, or disputes. Users must resolve such matters directly with the third-party service provider.
Article 6 - Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, menus, and logos, is protected by copyright laws and is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use the content on the Site for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 7 - Personal Information Protection
- The Company processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations.
- Users must review and agree to the Privacy Policy when providing personal information through the Site.
Article 8 - Service Interruption and Limitation
- The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict services due to maintenance, server failures, technical issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by such interruptions or restrictions unless the damage results from the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Article 9 - Limitation of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the services and information provided on the Site.
- Users acknowledge and agree that they use the Site and its services at their own risk. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by Users as a result of using the Site, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company.
- Any disputes arising during the use of the Site shall be resolved amicably between the Company and the User. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 10 - Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a legal dispute, the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office shall serve as the court of first instance.
Article 11 - Miscellaneous
- Matters not explicitly addressed in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and established commercial practices.
- The Company reserves the right to establish additional policies or guidelines as necessary.
Article 12 - Supplementary Provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on December 11, 2024.
