Training and development
Learning and development is a big focus for us for the team at bills. We provide everyone who works with us the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge that will help them to develop and progress through our business starting with comprehensive training for all staff members. We also offer food hygiene and health and safety training, weekly food and beverage tastings, and the opportunity for our teams to attend industry related events, fairs and trips.
